A plain-language website privacy notice

The consultation form collects the contact and project details you choose to submit. The AI assistant processes the messages you enter and, only after you review and press Send, the contact details in a prepared request.

Please do not submit confidential building records, access credentials, sensitive security information, regulated personal information, or anything you are not authorized to share.

We use submitted information to answer questions, evaluate project fit, respond to a consultation request, protect the site from abuse, and maintain the service. We do not sell website-submission data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

The public assistant is automated, and its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your conversation is sent to the AI provider configured for this deployment, which may be DeepSeek, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

The website keeps the visible transcript in your current browser session so it can send conversational context with the next message. The public-chat action does not intentionally write that transcript to the FAST BPC application database.

Contact requests are delivered by email using Resend. A request includes the submitted fields and the originating IP address so we can investigate abuse. Our hosting, email, and AI providers may process ordinary request data and retain it under their own service terms.

The site uses an in-memory IP-based rate limit for public forms and chat. We do not currently place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the marketing website.

Contact requests are retained in the business email systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Provider and infrastructure logs follow the applicable provider's retention settings.

You can avoid the AI assistant and contact us directly. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email hello@fastbpc.com. We may need to retain limited information where required for security, legal, or business-record purposes.
