Yes. We work across construction oversight, commissioning, existing-building performance, due diligence, data & analytics, and operational consulting. Each engagement has its own written scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Most performance opportunity lives in buildings already in service. We go deep on assessment and tuning, and we turn a building's own data into fault detection and continuous insight, so decisions are grounded in evidence.
Advisory and assessment services are available across the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Commissioning is offered where our commissioning process and credentials are recognized; send us your project location and we'll confirm.
Your proposal identifies the FAST BPC engagement lead, delivery responsibilities, and any local partners or service-specific credentials required for the work. You approve that arrangement in the written scope before work begins.
